Shipping Policy

TestoHit delivers orders within Latvia and Lithuania. Available delivery methods, exact charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before payment.

Latvia
Delivery is available to DPD, Latvijas Pasts, Nova Post, Omniva, and SmartPosti parcel lockers. Current charges range from EUR 1.99 to EUR 3.49 depending on the selected carrier. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Lithuania
Delivery is available to DPD, Omniva, Lietuvos pastas, SmartPosti, Unisend, and Venipak parcel lockers. Current charges range from EUR 2.99 to EUR 4.99 depending on the selected carrier. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Free Shipping
Selected delivery methods may offer free shipping for orders of EUR 99.95 or more. Current conditions are always shown at checkout.

Order Processing
Delivery times are counted in business days after the order is handed to the carrier. Delivery may take longer on weekends, public holidays, during promotions, or because of carrier delays outside our control.

Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct recipient name, phone number, email address, and parcel locker. If an order is returned because the information supplied was incorrect or incomplete, reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.

Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or is not delivered within the expected time, contact man@testo-hit.com and include your order number.
